Scroll ListView control to last item in .NET

One would think this would be easy to figure out right? Say you want to scroll to the bottom of a list view control to show the user the new items you've just added to the list. Is as simple as this... Example (VB.NET): ListView1.EnsureVisible(ListView.Items.Count - 1) ListView1.Update()

I know this sounds silly, but if you have a few listview items selected in a listbox and throw up a message box in front of them, they will temporarily lose focus.
